Responsibilities:

• Document/manage business requirements (including UI requirements), entering work requests/Jira stories as needed
• Partner with Business Sponsors to assist with project discovery work and/or document the business case/BIS and continually prioritize backlog/requests
• Partner with IT Project Managers to identify project & business implications of scope/design changes
• Work with Solution Architects/Developers to document/manage technical requirements
• Analyze and document impacted business processes and prepare business process flows, Use Cases and Wire Frames when appropriate
• Confirm the requirements are understood by the entire team, including QE/Systems Change Team
• Drive completion of business and IT requirements needed for new project initiatives/AOP
• Provide support during development, testing and deployment planning, business readiness, and warranty activities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience or high school diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience

  Responsibilities:

• Lead technical problem-solving activities to quickly diagnose problems and restore services as directed
• Mentor peers on reactive and proactive support tasks, policies, and best practices
• Provide consultative services to business units as well as other teams within the IT organization
• Design and author automation scripts and workflows
• Open tickets with vendors to resolve issues once all internal diagnostics have been completed

  Responsibilities:

• Serve as the resident UX expert for assigned Agile scrum teams by contributing to grooming and estimation discussions, participating in standups, demos, retrospectives and PO reviews, assisting Product Management with translating UX vision into clear and meaningful user stories and providing knowledge of UX principles to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Create user flows, sketches, wireframes, high fidelity mocks, prototypes and/or production-ready front-end code to define the user experience of new features and enhancements for assigned products.
• Foster a healthy design culture by participating in UX team critiques, trainings and other meetings, collaborating on UX team projects and sharing knowledge through presentations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s in Liberal arts, computer science, mathematics and 2 years designing interfaces for desktop, web, or mobile software applications or HS/GED and 6 years

  Responsibilities:

•  Establish, maintain, and evolve concepts in CI/CD pipelines for new and existing services 
•  Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available on AWS 
•  Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code 
•  Write clean, stable, and safe code in frequent increments 
•  Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to improve automation of workflows, infrastructure, code testing, and deployment 
•  Identify systems that can benefit from automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code 
•  Brainstorm new products, updates, and solutions to continuously challenge and improve products, performance, system/data backup, security, and customer experience 
•  Remain up to date on industry trends, share knowledge among teams, and abide by industry best practices for configuration management and automation 

Basic Qualifications:

•  At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure (VPC, EC2, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, Code Deploy, CloudFront, S3, Fargate)
•  Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure with Terraform 
•  Experience with Docker (or similar container technologies), GitHub, Jenkins and deploying applications on AWS 
•  Solid foundation of networking and Linux administration 
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
